Technician for Sampling / Project Leader

This position will be responsible for sampling of agricultural products in the field, warehouse and market in Poland and worldwide, documentation, and shipping of samples to the laboratory. Additional responsibilities may include: quality inspection, documentation and reports

1. Accountability: Sampling coordination
   Order acceptance, organization of sampling (logistic), control of compliance with quality standards, shipping of samples


2. Accountability: Customer Service
   Briefing and consulting of growers / producers, executing of inspections and audits


3. Accountability: Documentation
   Compiling data for internal reports

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities


• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal, listening)


• Time management skills (schedules, timelines, task prioritization)


• Excellent problem-solving skills: solution-oriented


• Team oriented


• Microsoft word and excel experience/assisting with Quality Control form revisions ability to read and follow Standard Operation Procedures

Education: A Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture is preferred.

Work Experience: Applicants with relative work experience are encouraged to apply.

Driver License: necessary

Languages: Polish, English, (German, Spanish)
