Wymagania:
You will be responsible for daily planning, managing staff, and all operational activities, based on a prescribed level of quality. You will hold ultimate responsibility for logistical delivery reliability. To fulfil this responsibility, you will have close contact on a daily basis with the foremen and lead operators; together, you will discuss operational matters and initiate actions for improvements in work practices. You will report to the Production Manager.
Profile
- You have excellent people management and coaching skills, and strong problem-solving abilities.
- You hold a Master's degree, preferably in biotechnology, horticulture or agriculture, or you have equivalent experience.
- A flexible mindset and prior experience in a production environment are essential.
- Good knowledge of the French language is a must.
