Wymagania:
After thorough training you will be responsible for the daily management of Desa Plants in Ethiopia. You will report to the General Manager. You will create forecasts, monitor budgets and profitability, and support the continued growth of this production location. You will work closely with your colleagues at the Head Office in Belgium.
Required profile
- You hold a degree in engineering, biotechnology, horticulture or agriculture, or have equivalent experience
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit
- You have people management skills
- You have good written & verbal communication skills in English
- You are willing to live on the farm –family is welcome and accommodationwill be provided
